Spray Booth Filters

(14 products)

Spray booths are an essential part of every spray paint workshop – they look after your spraying operators, cutting down on emissions and keeping the rest of your workshop as paint free as possible.

Installing a spray booth is only half of the task, however. Ensuring that you maintain a safe working environment and remain compliant with governmental regulations means that installing spray booth filters is mandatory. Spray booth filters play a crucial role in trapping overspray pollutants within their fibres, safeguarding both the air quality and the longevity of equipment. The installation techniques for spray booth filters vary depending on the type of booth, ensuring tailored protection for diverse operational environments.

In addition to safe and secure spray booth filter installation, ensuring that you have a robust programme of replacement in place is core to your health and safety strategy. Our Total Paint Shop Support Team can talk you through the filter options on offer and help you to work out what you need and when you will need to replace them. Our next day delivery means that we can dispatch to you at short notice as well.

Our comprehensive selection of filters designed to meet your specific needs. Whether you're searching for a concertina filter, inlet filter, extract filter, or secondary filter media, we have you covered. Our filters are meticulously crafted to deliver optimal performance, ensuring clean air.

Common Questions

Which spray booth filters should be used?

This depends on the type of airflow system and paint that is being used. If you have a cross draft system we recommend using and Inlet Filter or a Concertina Filter.

What type of filter should be used with a down draft air flow system?

If you are using a spray booth that has a down draft system, we would recommend the Ultrimax Ceiling Filter or the Concertina Filter.

What spray booth filters are needed when spraying 2-pack paint?

As 2-pack paints emit harmful vapours, additional spray booth filters will be needed, we recommend also using the Secondary Blue Media Filter and the Extract Filter.
